Hoa Tam in South Australia

"This can be considered the best Vietnamese place serving Bún Bò Huế that I’ve had in Adelaide so far (in my opinion). The broth is rich and comes with plenty of toppings. The portion size is also generous. The pork meatball noodle soup (Bún Mọc) and caramelized fish are very tasty. The sour soup is also decent. I personally prefer it a bit more sour and with fried garlic instead of fried shallots. Overall, I’m quite satisfied with the dishes we ordered."

"I visited Hoa Tam just after the lunch rush and found the restaurant nearly empty, which made for a peaceful dining experience. I ordered the Vietnamese pho, which was reasonably priced. The broth was flavorful, and the portion size was satisfying. Overall, it was a pleasant and authentic experience."
